1)
Rounds 1 through 5, Registration period will start at 7:00 pm and end at
9:15 pm each Round night. For each
Round, the first 40 Contestants to register will be allowed to compete.
2)
Each Contestant when registering must also select the song he or she
plans to sing. Contestant will
perform as drawn randomly. Only if
another contestant sings selected song first, may contestant change selection.
All songs must come from Karaoke DJ=s
available selections.
3)
On Round Nights, depending on the number of Contestants to register,
Rounds could start as early as 9:30 pm. Since
the normal Karaoke operation will continue during the Contest Dates, Rounds with
less than 30 Contestants will start at 10:00 pm.
4)
Contestants for each Round will be divided into 3 Groups.
Group winners will be determined by the taking of a vote when all
Contestants of a Group have finished their performances.
The Top Vote Getter of each Group will advance to Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club Final. Each
Customer of Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club that is present when voting occurs will be allowed 1
Vote per each Group within each round. In
the event of a tie, Karaoke DJ will vote the tiebreaker.
In short, there will be 3 Winners Per Round.
5)
The 15 winners from the 5 Rounds and the Top 5 Cumulative Vote Getters
(Total Votes received from all 5 Rounds) from Rounds 1 through 5 that do not
qualify as Round Winners will be allowed to participate in Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club=s
Final. Arthur=s Restaurant & Night Club=s
Final will determine the Contestant who will advance to Richmond=s
2005 Jukebox Hero which will be televised on CBS TV Channel 6 throughout May
2005. In the event that a Winner or
a Qualifier drops from the contest, the next available Top Cumulative Vote
Getter will be allowed to participate in Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club=s
Final.

Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club=s
Final Champion will be determined by randomly dividing the 20 Finalists into 4
Groups of 5 Finalists. A taking of a
vote will take place after all Contestants in a Group have performed.
The Top Vote Getter in each Group will compete as a Member of the Final
Group. Each Member of the Final Group will perform again and once again a taking
of a vote will take place after the remaining Finalists have performed.
Each Customer of Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club that is present when voting occurs will be allowed 1
Vote. In the event of a tie, a Night
Club Representative will vote the tiebreaker.
The Top Voter Getter in the Final Group
will be allowed to represent Arthur=s Restaurant & Night Club on CBS TV Channel 6 with the
chance to win the Grand Prize of $1,000.00 and the Grand Championship Title:
Richmond=s
2005 Jukebox Hero awarded by the Television Station.
In the event that the Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club Final Champion drops from the Contest, the next Top
Voter will be Advanced.
7)
From Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club, each Contestant that performs in Arthur=s Restaurant & Night Club=s
Final will receive an Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club Hat and Meal Voucher good for 2, additionally, First
place will receive $100 cash, second place will receive $50 cash and third place
will receive $25 cash. And, if the
first place winner should also win the Title: Richmond=s
2005 Jukebox Hero on CBS TV Channel 6 in May 2005, he or she will win an
additional $400.00 from Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and all contestants must
be over 21 years of age and will be required to provide identification to claim
prizes.
9)
By entering into this contest, contestant agrees that he or she has read
all the rules and terms of use and will abide by them accordingly, including the
decisions of the judges relative to this contest, whose decision will be final
in all respects.
10)
Contestant gives permission to have entry information shared with any
sponsor of this contest. The
sponsors associated with this contest have the right to use any data, pictures,
etc. collected to be used for marketing purposes.
11)
Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club and other sponsors associated with contest will not
be held responsible for any problems that arise as a result of sponsoring
contest. Furthermore, Contestant
agrees to waive and release any and all rights, claims and causes of action
whatsoever that he or she may have against Arthur=s
Restaurant & Night Club and other sponsors in connection with contest.
