The location of the Inns Of Virginia - Richmond has a history which includes featuring many well known entertainers such as Pat Benatar and Tammy Wynette.  It has also accommodated governors and senators.  A few years back, it hosted the movie industry when parts of the movie Forces of Nature featuring Sandra Bullock and Ben Afleck were filmed at the location.

It is realized that history may only interest the hotel's guests.  The major concern of the Inns Of Virginia - Richmond is satisfying them.  Therefore, customer service, updated rooms, good food and drinks with great entertainment are the major concerns and goals of the Property's Management Team.

The Richmond location offers guests the comforts of home.  While this Richmond "Historic" hotel is quietly in the process of upgrading all rooms, it will be offering both Standard and Deluxe rooms.  Both room types offer such amenities as comfortable bedding, cable television with HBO, as well as high speed wireless Internet, individually controlled heating and air conditioning units.  Guests may select either type of room with either a king bed or two double beds.  Adjoining and non-smoking rooms are also available.

Standard Room

Since mid March 2006 for a moderate additional price, the upgraded Deluxe rooms started being offered to Guests.  They are offered with a choice line of Thomasville furniture, upgraded bedding and linens, new carpet, cable which includes HBO on a 27" flat screen television, microfridge and coffee maker as well as completely updated bathrooms.

Accommodations and services of the Richmond location include the spacious lobby for guests to sit and relax at anytime.  For food, beverage and entertainment, Arthur's Restaurant & Night Club is located in the hotel. And, when in season, for those guests that enjoy the water and sun, the hotel offers the enjoyment of an Olympic size pool with a large sun deck.

The rates at the Inns Of Virginia - Richmond always remain reasonable and affordable.  And when the hotel is in season or if there are major events in the area, the hotel still maintains a moderate rate structure.  Additionally, discounts are available to senior citizens, groups, government and military employees.
